Hierdoor kunnen gebruikers de TBox inzetten als gateway boven een bestaande Siemens S7 PLC. **Mogelijkheden met de TBox S7 communicatie driver: ** - In de TBox kan men PLC data loggen en versturen via e-mail of FTP. - Alarmen van de PLC kunnen eenvoudig worden verstuurd via SMS, e-mail of FTP. - Webapplicaties kunnen ontwikkeld worden met real-time gegeven en grafieken vanuit de PLC - De TBox kan ingezet worden als router zodat gebruikers via Ethernet of UMTS de bestaande PLC’s kunnen programmeren op afstand. De Siemens Ethernet driver is gratis in combinatie met de TBox Lite 32 bit gateway.
