Red Lion N-Tron® NT24k Compact

HMS Networks has announced the planned End-of-Life (EoL) for select NT24k Compact managed switches. The NT7000 platform is the recommended migration path, with DIN-rail fixed-port models available today to support many existing NT24k Compact applications. The Last Time Buy (LTB) date for affected products is February 28, 2027. HMS Networks intends to support demand through the LTB date; however, product availability remains subject to component and material availability. Customers are encouraged to forecast demand and place orders as early as practical.

What you should know

• NT24k Compact managed switches are entering the Exit phase and are not recommended for new design-in projects.
• NT7000 DIN-rail fixed-port models (6 to 18 ports) are available now as the recommended replacement platform, with panel-mount options available where required.
• The Product Change Notification (PCN) includes a detailed migration table that maps affected NT24k Compact part numbers to the appropriate NT7000 replacement models.

• Identify customers using affected NT24k Compact products and begin discussing migration plans.
