Customers running 12.2.10 or 12.2.11 that use OPC UA Client Drivers need to upgrade to 12.2.12

Action Required:
If you are currently using the OPC UA Client Driver in either of these versions, we recommend upgrading to Version 12.2.12 or rolling back to a prior version.

Issue Summary:
In Versions 12.2.10 and 12.2.11, non-analog tags (i.e., digital or discrete) configured with the OPC UA Client Driver will receive their initial value but will not update when the value changes. This can result in outdated or incorrect data being displayed.
